Shipping & Returns

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your orders tracking ID.

You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

You can also track your order via the ‘My Account’ page. Simply log into your account and select the order you would like to track. Shipment details for each order will be provided.

If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our customer service team.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer product exchange or free returns for store credit within 3 days of receiving your package. The store credit is valid for a one time use only. We do not offer cash refunds at this time. To request a return or exchange, please email admin@kanakpants.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly!

We accept returns or exchange (except on Final Sale items) on pants that is unworn, unwashed, and the tags sill intact. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased at 40% off or greater are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic and International orders are eligible for return at the expense of the sender.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email admin@kanakpants.com with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we'll take care of you, return shipping is on us!

Kanak Pants reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

 

ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

If you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or color), we’d be happy to help you as long as your order hasn’t shipped.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at admin@kanakpants.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our building. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
